mucho m\u00e1s inteligente expresar el disgusto en un modo y contexto adecuado, y para ello la clave es cambiar la reacci\u00f3n instintiva por una respuesta saludable, por eso el punto m\u00e1s delicado en la ecuaci\u00f3n de la violencia, es el momento en el cual se le toca a la persona el ego, que es elemento detonante del enojo que activa el instinto, ya que luego de que se pase este punto es que sale la energ\u00eda t\u00f3xica desbocada hasta terminar en una manifestaci\u00f3n de violencia. <\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Si se quiere frenar o sanar esta situaci\u00f3n enfermiza, la persona se debe de preparar estando en sobriedad y calma, para que cuando llegue el enojo o la situaci\u00f3n de rabia, no reaccione inmediatamente con ofensas o gritos, sino que aprenda a frenar el instinto para lograr salirse de la confrontaci\u00f3n, y esperar a que se pase la rabia, para luego expresar de forma calmada el motivo del enojo, y si es necesario, ofrecer disculpas y plantear soluciones
